The liquid cooled super charging pile series products adopt advanced thermal management concepts and cutting-edge power electronics technology, with high protection level, high power density, high efficiency, high power factor, and strong environmental adaptability.
The product is structurally divided into a charging host and a split charging station, where the charging host is the power part and the split charging station is the charging terminal.
The charger consists of a liquid cooled cooling system, an environmental monitoring and system protection unit, a charging module, and other components; The split charging station can be composed of a human-machine interaction unit, a metering and billing unit, and a safety protection unit.
Product Features
■The product power level (can be designed as 600kW, 540kW, 480kW, 360kW, etc.) and voltage platform (1000VDC) can meet the charging needs of various vehicle models on the market;
■The charging module can choose two products, liquid cooled 30kW or liquid cooled 120kW, based on application scenarios and needs;
■Flexible power allocation, combined with super fast charging and ordinary fast charging, various switching strategies are used in combination, resulting in high resource utilization rate;
■The liquid cooling charging module and liquid cooling charging gun can adopt a set of liquid cooling circulating heat dissipation system, which has good effects and reduced costs;
■ Controllable noise: Adopting a centralized closed liquid cooling circulation heat dissipation system to reduce noise pollution and avoid disturbing residents;
■Strong environmental adaptability: The protection level of the module body can reach IP54, and the system module compartment is isolated from the outside, greatly avoiding the adverse effects of external dust, salt mist, humidity and other adverse environments;
■Wide working temperature range: the working temperature range can reach -35~85 ℃ (75~85 ℃ derating output);
■Long service life: The semiconductor switch rectifier device inside the key device charging module dissipates heat through a liquid cooled plate, resulting in a junction temperature of 10-20 ℃ lower than that of directly ventilated products and a lifespan extension of 2-3 times;
